Navigate the Real Estate Market
The real estate market is hyperlocal. It’s not about what homes are selling for on average nationally or even across the state; it’s about what is happening in your neighborhood. I am your local expert and can provide up-to-date information on home values, strategies for buying or selling, and market trends. I have chosen to partner with John L. Scott in part because they are an industry leader that is continually recognized nationally. Together we are committed to providing unparalleled service.
Why Brush Prairie?
Brush Prairie is a lovely rural community east of Salmon Creek bordering several different areas in Clark County. You will find many homes and estates with property. If you like living on 2.5 acres or more, but don’t want to drive miles to get into town, you may enjoy this area. There are working farms, hobby farms, forested land, homes for horses and farm animals, as well as several gated communities. If you are not looking for property, there are some developments as well.
Brush Prairie is part of the Hockinson School District which has popular smaller neighborhood schools that are well funded. Click here to learn about school report cards.
One gem of this community is the Salmon-Morgan Creek Natural Area, with some trails for walking or running alone or with kids and dogs. One cool place to check out is Alderbrook Park, which is a private fee park with many attractions. They host public days and private and corporate events.
If you want to learn more about this community, I’d love to show you around.
