Navigate the Real Estate Market

The real estate market is hyperlocal. It’s not about what homes are selling for on average nationally or even across the state; it’s about what is happening in your neighborhood. I am your local expert and can provide up-to-date information on home values, strategies for buying or selling, and market trends. I have chosen to partner with John L. Scott in part because they are an industry leader that is continually recognized nationally. Together we are committed to providing unparalleled service.

Why Felida?

Felida is a popular and established community with many luxury homes. Located in North western Vancouver, Felida borders the eastside of Vancouver Lake. Some neighborhoods have fantastic views of the lake and wetlands. It is not far to access I-5  and living and commuting from here is not time consuming. Felida has popular schools and is part of the Vancouver School District which offers choices of magnet or neighborhood schools. Check out the local school report cards here.

If you live in Felida you will enjoy many outdoor activities. Felida Park is lovely and a great place to play with children. If you love running, walking or biking, Burnt Bridge Creek Trail is beautiful. The west trailhead will start a bike route that can take you across the city. You can also access Salmon Creek trails west point and walk, run or bike along the beautiful wetlands.  Felida also has easy access byway of Lakeshore Ave/Fruit Valley Road, to Vancouver Lake and Frenchman's Bar, along the Columbia River. You can bike, run and walk between these two spots as well. In the summer Frenchman's is a great place to swim, play and fish. Although, be prepared for the strong current in the Columbia River. It’s deep and fast.
